Connect with the Energy of Money: Essential Tools for Conscious Abundance
Beatriz Alvarez
“The universe is abundant. Everything you need is already within you, because you don’t attract what you want, you attract what you are. The world simply reflects your inner state.”
The evolution of money:
Before money existed, human beings simply exchanged goods in a direct way. Bartering was simple: a sack of corn for a bit of honey. A pair of sandals for a piece of cloth.
There were no intermediaries because the value was clear: what I have, I share; what I need, I receive.
That system worked for centuries… until it didn’t.
What if I had wheat, but you didn’t need wheat?
What if you wanted salt, but the person who had salt didn’t want my sheep?
That’s when trade became complicated, and the need arose for something “Universal”—a way to make bartering easy and practical.
And that’s when money appeared.
At first, it was gold, salt, cacao, even seashells—elements that, due to their rarity or cultural significance, represented value and were used to exchange goods.
That’s how our relationship with money began: from something tangible and natural, to coins, to paper bills, and now to a nearly invisible system of digital figures that circulate without us ever touching, seeing, or feeling what we once called “real money.”
From tool of exchange to measure of personal worth.
Money started as a solution to make life easier, but it turned into a sort of social measuring stick.
We stopped seeing it for what it was—a tool—and began using it to define our personal value. How much you have, how much you earn, how much you can show off… became synonyms for how much you “matter” as a human being.
And that’s when we lost the real connection with this beautiful energy.
We confused what we have with who we are, forgetting that money doesn’t measure your intelligence, your kindness, your creativity, or your capacity to love. It doesn’t measure your story, your efforts, or everything you’ve overcome to be where you are.
It’s just a tool. Important, yes—but not definitive. Now more than ever, I invite you to reconnect with the true purpose of money. To see it again as energy in motion—as a means to materialize desires, not an end in itself.
Let money serve to build, to share, to grow… not to divide us or make us feel more or less worthy.
Because at the end of the day, who we are cannot be measured in bills, bank accounts, or property. Who we are is something that’s felt, lived, and left behind as a legacy.
The Power of Your Energy in Conscious Leadership
We live in a business world saturated with noise, speed, and competition—where many still believe that leading means controlling, producing nonstop, and making quick decisions, all while being disconnected from the body, emotions, and intuition.
But this model is changing.
Today, truly influential leaders are those who have learned to know themselves on a deeper level—operating from expanded awareness, a clear mind, and a balanced nervous system.
Strategic vision, sustained creativity, and the ability to bring long-term ideas to life don’t come from effort alone—they emerge from a body with high vital energy, a trained mind, and conscious connection to creative power.
And this is where the brain comes in—that living network that, thanks to neuroplasticity, can transform at any moment.
It adapts, reorganizes itself, and with the right practice, can become our greatest ally in creating wealth and well-being.
But there’s a deeper wisdom few people know: Most of our financial decisions don’t come from logic—they come from our beliefs.
Money isn’t just numbers: it’s emotion, history, and energy.
Have you ever wondered why the same patterns keep repeating in your finances, even when you try to succeed?
The relationship you have with money today doesn’t just depend on your effort, or how much you earn or owe.
It has deeper roots: What you heard growing up, how your parents reacted when talking about money, whether you were rewarded with it, or saw it as a source of conflict…
Everything you saw and experienced around money as a child slowly shaped your deepest beliefs. Each conversation, each gesture, each emotion left a mark on your subconscious mind, leaving an emotional imprint that still influences how you relate to abundance today.
And even though you’re now making financial decisions as an adult—getting paid, investing, saving—those childhood memories get silently triggered, limiting your prosperity without you even realizing it.
Do you identify with any of these beliefs?
- “Money causes conflict and problems.”
- “Rich people are unjust, arrogant, and demeaning.”
- “Having too much money takes away my peace.”
- “Creating a successful business is very hard.”
- “Everything is achieved through effort and sacrifice.”
These and many other beliefs are the reason your finances aren’t where you want them to be.
When you feel anxious, afraid, or negative in your relationship with money, your body goes into a stress state. Cortisol—the stress hormone—rises, your mind gets foggy, you lose clarity and focus… and without realizing it, you fall into a cycle of scarcity that feeds on itself.
Stop struggling—reprogram your mind!
Neuroscience supports this:
“What you believe today, you can stop believing tomorrow. And what limits you today, you can transform into power.”
Here are 7 steps to activate your financial energy from an expanded level of consciousness:
1. Get clear on what you want: Organize your thoughts. Be specific and precise. Your goal must align with the energy of love—benefiting both you and humanity—to manifest with blessing, peace, and harmony.
2. Think like a strategist, not a dreamer: A mind that only focuses on what’s missing… creates more lack. But a focused mind, with direction, begins to manifest:
- “In six months I increase my income by 30%.”
- “In one year I live in the house I envision.”
Clarity creates reality. Abundance loves precision.
3. Identify the limiting beliefs that are keeping you from achieving the goal you’ve set for yourself: It’s recommended to work with a specialist in subconscious mind identification and reprogramming. However, if that’s not possible for you, I suggest engaging in deep introspection during meditation to uncover and transform the beliefs that are blocking your ability to manifest your goals.
4. Speak as if you’re already abundant: What you repeat becomes your reality. Choose phrases that reflect expansion and leadership:
- “I always have the resources, time, and money to reach my goals.”
- “Money flows to me easily, quickly, and because I deserve it.”
- “I pay my bills with gratitude, knowing money multiplies.”
5. Build your energy plan like it’s a business: Create your goal map. Write a check to the future with your name and the amount you want to receive. Visualize your account showing the amount you desire, and make sure your unconscious mind believes it’s possible. Be grateful for what you already have—even the challenges—because everything is preparing you to manifest the prosperity that’s already available to you.
6. Raise your vital energy: Money is drawn to emotions like confidence, gratitude, and certainty. It is blocked by complaints, guilt, and fear. Declare each morning:
- “It is easy and possible for me to create a life of abundance, success, and financial freedom.”
7. Reprogram your limiting beliefs: The key is to cancel the negative and replace it—emotionally—with positive visualizations. The subconscious mind works symbolically; it doesn’t distinguish between what’s real and what’s imagined.
Money is not your enemy—it’s a mirror. The way you relate to it reflects your self-worth, your confidence, and how much you allow yourself to receive.
When you transform your inner energy, your external reality shifts too. It’s not magic—it’s biology, awareness, and consistent practice.
Leading isn’t just about running a business—it’s about learning to inhabit your body, organize your mind, and become a channel for blessings.
Abundance isn’t something you chase—it’s something you embody.
The universe is abundance—and that’s the natural state of your Being.
