In 2024, she published her first book, ReprogramAcción, a work that unites science with spirituality to reveal how our thoughts, traumas, and experiences shape our reality. Through reprogramming exercises and inner healing tools, she guides people to manage anxiety, cultivating peace of mind and connecting with their life purpose, for the love of themselves and humanity.

With her wellness brand, Santai Essentials, she fuses the wisdom of nature with a holistic approach to reduce the impact of negative emotions on everyday life. Her mission is to provide solutions that harmonize body, mind, and spirit, promoting holistic balance.
